But the entire premise that Breonna was not murdered by police brutality, negligence or incompetence same as George Floyd is just completely wrong so it's akin to saying Fox News keeps it real when they get the facts wrong to try and justify something terrible.

I can’t find any source that says the boyfriend didn’t shoot the cop in the leg. Even CNN’s timeline of the events dictates that the boyfriend shot at the cop and struck the officer.

Now. I searched and clicked two articles. I didn’t extend my search much further than that. So I can’t sit here and say chuck and Shaq are reporting bad facts nor that they’re doing it irresponsibly because even the largest media outlets are reporting the events as such.

What is there not to agree with? I don’t get it. Someone died and it wasn’t on purpose. That’s a sad mistake and things need to change.

Except the cop shot himself. The boyfriend's bullet didn't hit anyone. So they're not the realest they're bootlicking hard-core.

i'm pretty sure all sources show the boyfriend shot the cop. however even if that wasn't the case the moment he started blasting away, and the bullets were flying on all sides, who shot who is all kind of irrelevant. the man was released because of the poorly executed way the raid happened which gave him the legal right to shoot whoever the hell he feels like to defend himself in his place of residence (which is dumb), but the cops also had a legal right to shoot whoever the hell they feel like to defend themselves as well (which is dumb)

as far as i'm concerned breonna's specific case has more to do with the flawed nature of gun laws in america than it does with any form of police brutality or racism

I can’t find any reputable source that says the cop shot himself or that it’s even implied. I also can’t find anywhere that says the boyfriend fired a warning shot at the floor. Which in an apartment seems pretty stupid.

Y’all like to argue about alternative facts but these seem pretty baseless. Based on what’s reported it seems pretty clear that Chuck and Shaq have pretty much the most up to date facts and their analysis of those facts is real as can be.

Because the warrant was illegal, and they killed somebody? Charge the officer who issued the warrant? Charge the judge who signed off on it? Charge somebody. Don't charge 'nobody'.

Every step of the process failed and that's not okay.
