Hell, could just be using equity on his house. Unless it's specified as a cash only bond, you can use possessions to post bail.

You're right, it's 100k. He took the conditional bond option which saved him 25k. He is not allowed to leave the state, possess a firearm and/or ammo, and he is not allowed contact with the Floyd family.

i dont think you can with first degree murder but can with second/third/manslaughter because by definition of the charges those killings weren't planned ahead of the event. there isn't really immediate danger to the public from releasing the person
