Four indicted for torching the Minneapolis 3rd Precinct.

The complaint charges 22-year-old Dylan Robinson, 24-year-old Davon Turner, 26-year-old Bryce Williams and 23-year-old Branden Wolfe with one count each of conspiracy to commit arson.

The indictment accuses Williams, Turner and Robinson of using explosive devices to attempt to start fires in the building. Wolfe allegedly pushed a barrel into a fire at the entrance of the building to accelerate an existing blaze.

Investigators were earlier able to identify Robinson in video surveillance from the Minneapolis 3rd Precinct, dressed in a white shirt with a black stripe. The video showed two individuals lighting a Molotov cocktail and throwing it at the building, while a crowd of hundreds had gathered, shouting “Burn it down, burn it down!”

This guy launched a Molotov and only got charged with conspiracy to commit arson? The fuck?

Molotovs are included in federal explosives charges. He should be facing federal terrorism charges based on the semantics of the law. That is very curious.

In this case it is more specifically a black kid. I grew up in the country side. It isn't unheard of for white kids to have hunting guns. These same kids and their families are the same ones who rail against 2nd amendment rights. But when a black kid is walking with a gun, the response was overwhelmingly that he got what he deserved.

While technically the 2nd amendment applies to both, it is clear it really doesn't. Not equally, anyway.


Should be noted cops didn't even assess the situation. We have video. They just thought "black kid with gun" and hosed him down.
