Peaceful protest at the Florida state capitol building almost went haywire today when a counter protester showed up and harassed people and baited them into punching him. He pulled a gun, causing a panic. Thankfully no one was shot. Police detained him but unclear if he was arrested or not.
confused if they wanted him to shoot the guy or what, isnt that an example of what we want?

Kenosha shooter will also be represented by Rudy Giuliani's attorney John Pierce.
What reaction does the video aim to evoke?
There’s really only two stances.
1) that’s the patience we need from law enforcement or
2) wow he wasn’t shot because he was white how unfair
So which team are you on then buster?
Bad cop or good cop video?
And before you reply with something dumb to ruin yourself, the "how unfair" is "how unfair a white man wouldn't get shot but a black man or PoC would when no one should get shot"
The fact that you and Day are both trying to infer that people posting that video are upset that the cop didn't shoot the white guy is fucking mind-boggling
So then you’re on the side saying this is good behavior and we want to see that everywhere. Glad we’re on the same page.
He got the point, you're just mad he's not taking the bait.
Seems to be a lot of that here lately.
Idk how I can win an argument where we’re both at the same understanding
Yeah, I really don't think he's got the point, especially given the conversations I've had with him on here lately
It is possible, and indeed correct, to take both of these stances simultaneously. What reaction does the video aim to evoke?
