Tipped or not, if that wasn't meant to go out of bounds, the ball had no business being thrown to that receiver.

I actually agree with Dabo ranking OSU 11th. They played 6 games and needed conference rule changing to even be in this spot. They hadn't earned anything.

Right now, they're earning it against Clemson. Fields was due for a game like this after his previous outing.

Clemson clicking can score pretty quick though. If Clemson can score a TD here and then get a stop, things change pretty quick.
