Is there a world where Trump wins but Dems take the Senate? I don't see how another 4 years of Trump is bearable if GOP retains control in the Senate as well.

If Cunningham loses in North Carolina which looks likely, it would be very hard. Dems would need Hickenlooper (confirmed), Kelly in Arizona (hopefully still likely), Gideon to beat Susan Collins in Maine (tbd) and then a 4th which is very hard. Joni Ernst in Iowa would be the obvious target but given this national environment it would be unlikely for her to lose.

Arizona’s pretty important here, obviously. If Trump wins Georgia, Florida and North Carolina but loses Arizona, his chances fall to 20 percent. If he wins Arizona in addition to Georgia, Florida and North Carolina, his chances improve to 55 percent instead, as Biden is then almost entirely dependent on the Midwest.
