Changing people’s opinion is actually quite difficult. You need a solid and a brave plan (Obamacare was a good one, whether you hate it or love it) and a passionate leader.

The worst way of doing this is to do nothing and insult their opinion. Usually ends up backfiring and uniting the opposition.

According to CNN, only 57% of the vote is in, and only 22% of that 57% is early voting. And they're expecting the total vote to be about 55% early vote, which heavily leans Biden

Edit: Pretty much a similar situation in Pennsylvania
