This is literally how all SFL Cubans think. Racism is so prevalent down here it's pretty much morphed into a meme. I've worked in an ER and there are flair ups that minorities notice of certain political leanings and beliefs that come out especially when a trans individual would come in. The calling transwomen Mr. Multiple times after being corrected, treating poor people as incompetent because they waited for pain to become debilitating or how they treat those on narcotics.

Why do you think so many minority populations are hesitant about being forthcoming with their issues or concerns.

Yea, you don't have to tell me. I've corrected behaviors multiple times. Doesn't mean they don't know how to do their job just because they're not doing something right.

If you don't think certain groups have issues that affect them more then you don't give credence to their chief complaints and don't run the proper labs or tests. What was that whole thing about black women over exaggerate their symptoms? Medical racism and discrimination is a thing and affects the treatment people will receive.

As someone who has evaluated dozens of students already, he would have to be an exceptional student to have the knowledge he has.

I've also asked him for advice when I was a student, so unless he's repeatedly failed he's an attending.
