I've been playing it quite a lot. I am really enjoying it so far and loved the first Hyrule Warriors as well.

Honestly, I love the insane amount of side missions there are to do because I just really enjoy playing the game. I think I was like 500+ hours into the first Hyrule Warriors and hadn't actually 100% it yet lol. But I can definitely see some people being turned off by this amount of side content.

Haven't beat the main story yet, but the story seems fine to me, not like Breath of the Wild had an amazing story anyways. This is about equal or better than that story to me so far.

Also, Flurry Rushes always feel so good to pull off and I'm glad they are still in this game.

I'm loving it as well so far, story is cute but nothing special and more or less feels like BoTW. Characters are fun and well designed and anyone who liked Hyrule Warriors should be fine with 100s of side quests since that mode was what I sunk the most hours into.

The only thing that really annoys me is really no online coop? Couch only during a pandemic seems like a punch in the balls.

Just did a chapter 3 mission and got like 20 icons added to the map. I’m guessing this is what people are complaining about but I’m just like “cool. More stuff to do!”

    Yeah that..seems not bright.

It feels like just about all of the Musou games really drop the ball on online co op. Did any of them get it right?

I wasn't expecting online anything given that:
    A: Nintendo
B: No other good examples of online Mosou games exist.

Maybe one day gents and ladies, but not in 2020.

Well, 100% the game/map, took about 72 hours but I did leave the game open a few times while not playing. Quite enjoyed this overall, but I do think I liked the first a bit more due to the insane amount of stuff to do, but this one is much more reasonable for people that burn out on these types of games lol.

I'll be curious if they do any sort of DLC in this game, but it almost seems like it would feel out of place.

This feels a bit light compared to what we ended up getting in the first Hyrule Warriors. I'm hoping it is much more than what it sounds like from the list they show.

Just like the other Zelda game. And Metroid Prime 4.

    Huh.

AoC went from announcement to release a lot faster than I was expecting.

Having said that, when AoC got announced I'm pretty sure it was 95% done and it showed gameplay footage instead of ..whatever that was.
