It’s been confirmed by official Monster Hunter twitter Sunbreak will be at Capcom TGS on September 30th. More information will be revealed at the event.

I just hope we get more content before then. Feels like we got stuff at a steady pace but they kind of fizzled out and only do collabs now.

Yeah, post game content in Rise has been real lacking. Collaborations are fun, but kinda need more reason to go back than that. Hoping they have a bit more to announce at TGS than just talking about Sunbreak or the wait until then is going to be just not playing anymore Rise until Sunbreak.

Still really looking forward to Sunbreak though.

Probably won't be since it's a Rise expansion and that seems to be made for the Switch

Rise was fun while it lasted but was just sooooo lacking in content post story. Hopefully this fixes that

I’m swapping to pc version myself because I resent having to pay for online and experience with my 3ds tells me I will be fucked over when my hardware stops working since I won’t have a backup.

The EU websites for Capcom TGS 2021 page break away from the Japanese and English to mention “the return of a very famous monster”. My bet is on Gore Magala considering its popularity and the color palette of the teaser.

The new flag ship monster is called Malzeno(Elder dragon) and Shogun Ceanataur is one of returning monsters for Sunbreak.

Is there at least cross play? I don't mind starting over on PC since I just modded in the stuff I had from console and went from there, but it would be nice to at least play with people who aren't getting the PC version.

But if not, oh well guess I'll still be playing what most of my friends are.
