There are some things that cannot be skipped. This intro is one of them.

Also surprisingly how much of the story is told through the dance, you tend to notice little things every episode with it.

I was not prepared for what I just saw. I mean both in terms of content and continuity. lol I haven't seen the Superman movie yet so I think I need to fix that before the next episode because I was kinda lost.

First episode was very very visceral in many many ways.

I'd say James Gunn has successfully differentiated DC from the MCU, unless Marvel wants to start having on-screen orgies.

Retconning the "Previously On" to fit into the new DCU was a nice choice. Just let the show pick up where it left off and get rolling

So The Suicide Squad is technically part of the DCU now too right even though we were allegedly starting over besides Peacemaker right? lol

Tim Meadows was fucking hilarious. Laughed out loud several times with his character. The scene with eagly at end also had me laughing so hard I woke my gf up this morning lol
