Yeah, but you still need to expose a goalie that has experience and is signed for the following season.

Edit: goalies dont need experience, but an established cup winning goalie may be more enticing over Cale Fleury or Noah Juulsen or Cayden Primeau.

MAF is not good, especially at 7m, so unless VGK pays them a truckload to take him, no way, and I doubt they take Holtby only to watch him leave in FA the 2nd year, feels like a waste of a pick.

That's an interesting signing. He's been putting up .8pts per game the last 3 seasons but has also been playing with Barkov and Huberdeau. If he can still put up those numbers in Ottawa then yeah, great signing

Pretty happy about this. He's young, will still be RFA at the end, and last year was on our second line. Put up 17 goals and 32 points for less than $2.5mil/yr, not too shabby

Definitely a "character" signing, which I like. Hopefully the influx of veterans with playoff experience finally drills home the kind of preparation you need to put in day in and day out to be a consistently successful team.
