Also that NE region has the easiest travel schedule. Farthest west is PHI and south WSH. Should switch either MIN or DET with WSH but the NHL knows where the money is.

So considering it's a shortened season and there's an all-Canadian division, I have to imagine every single regular season game is gonna be against teams within one's own division? So at let's say a 48 game season, we're taking like 8 games against each team?

Unless they have a worked in 2-week quarantine setup into the schedule for some sorta cross-border road trip

Add in if the playoff format stays the same, we could see some teams play each other upwards of like 15 times against each other. I dunno if that's gonna build an extreme rivalry or just make shit super boring by the end, and I'm leaning towards the latter
