This is good of course but there must be a long-term legal fix to give DACA recipients residential status in the country. The SCOTUS ruling threw out Trump's attempt to invalidate DACA only because they didn't show enough good reason why they should upend so many people's settled lives. They said they still CAN do it but they have just to explain it better next time. So if there's no immigration reform then the next time the Republicans are able they will try again to strike down DACA and deport them all.

I can’t imagine him going out and campaigning for anyone now. He’s probably wondering what it was all for now. Why go through all the hardship for ACB if she’s not going to save him in the SC? Why help Mitch at all if he’s not going to help him retain the presidency? The thing is though, he’s still Donald Trump. I don't see Pence being blindly loyal enough to give Trump a blanket pardon on every charge that might conceivably be brought against him, by all possible federal and state agencies. I also don't see the Republican party sticking their collective necks out that far for Trump. A blanket pardon before charges are even brought? That would actually generate some backlash.
