I would sincerely prefer voting made as easy as possible. Drop in ballots, mail in ballots. Automatically register and send people ballots. Shit make an app that'll generate a QR code that I scan at a polling station and review prior to submitting my ballot. HR-1 basically.

The Libs suggested stimulus and relief packages, and the only way they got the votes to pass them was to make them better and match the standards the NDP mandated. The results in Ohio are intensely disconcerting. That kind of point differential says that Ohio is red for the next 4-5 election cycles. Florida is troubling but not so much, a more exciting Democrat + less polarizing Republican could keep it purple and put it in play any given election. But that being said, anyone looking to win without Ohio or Florida would need some approximation of Biden's map, which only Kennedy has ever done before.

If Democrats are going to stay in the game after what looks like to be a generational loss of Ohio with Florida a continued uncertainty, they need to keep Arizona and Georgia blue and find a way to flip North Carolina and put Texas into play. If the Blue Wall were more reliable it would be less of a concern but Wisconsin was way too close and Pennsylvania was still within 1 point. Electoral math just favors Republicans too much.

Stacey Abrams is running for governor again in 2022 but in the meantime the DNC would be smart to have her as the chief organizer of voting efforts in North Carolina and Florida as well as Georgia. And Biden and Harris are going to have to find some way to keep Native American and Latino voters fired up as well.

Ohio is an awful state packed with incredible racists and corn. The Democrats need to really focus on immigration reform and obtaining residential status then citizenship for DACA recipients. If I'm understanding right (non-cuban) hispanic voters helped deliver Arizona and New Mexico and are helping further Texas toward Democrat. The GOP knows damn well why they spent so much effort destroying immigration. I was really pissed off when the Democrats had a super majority during the Obama admin and they didn't even bother immigration reform. Even though Congress will be split I think *some progress* there can still be doable. Many Republican states benefit greatly from immigrant work and they know it even if they don't like to highlight it.

That would be nice if there was any chance of meaningful legislation without both Georgia Senate seats, but as it is he is at best going to be able to manage the government competently. If he can dodge shutdowns, that is about the limit of what we can expect with a Republican senate.
