I've seen most judges at my court do this for less. They see sloppy writing as a slap in the face.

If your state doesn't yet have provisions to send out absentee ballots to anyone who requests them (without needing a reason) I'd urge people to look into getting a state proposal on the ballots or urging lawmakers to make it happen. Michigan voted this change in back in 2018 and it certainly made a huge difference this election on top of helping so much during a pandemic.

After he leaves office, he's going to be much more preoccupied in the NY court system than anywhere else. Where he's going to be getting investigated for the rest of his life.
