The only con against it being him who ripped one is he has zero facial expression over it. Go look in the mirror, talk, and rip one. There will be some kinda facial expression change, or you stop talking for a second. That wasnt a fart that slipped out.

you are incorrect.

it is, for now, medically impossible to create a new asshole. as a result, surgery on the asshole itself is highly undesirable, because if you fuck it up there is no alternative but an ostomy bag. the only reason i know of to perform surgery on the asshole is to attempt to repair it.

an ostomy bag is a bypass. once the bypass is in place there is no reason to seal the asshole- poop stops coming out of it, mostly. some fluids sometimes still pass, but nothing major. you want the asshole to be able to drain those fluids, and performing unnecessary surgery on the asshole is a good way to give your patient a permanent disability. not exactly a good idea.

Incidentally, Tymon is right. A youtube video actually appeared in my recommended (for whatever absurd reason) a month or so ago from a woman talking about side-effects of closing up her asshole as a woman, since it apparently makes her periods pool up since as there's no support anymore for her vaginal wall. It's called a proctectomy I believe, and includes removing the rectum and sealing up the asshole. An osotomy bag is indeed involved though.

A proctectomy is surgical removal of the asshole.

You can make one surgically as well, which is a proctoplasty. I imagine those people are more likely to be incontinent because you can't really replace the sphincter muscle (though what I've been told by surgical oncologists is that sometimes they'll put a device in that lets people release the stool with a button).

Most of the time they won't sew the outside part of the asshole shut. They do it from the inside.

This all overall a great allegory for Trump.
