Think it's probably fair to assert that anyone who's a millionaire (which often comes with celebrity status) isn't going to be approaching issues the same way as someone who's living paycheck-to-paycheck. This isn't to say they were never that way or grew up in that environment, themselves, but success does have a way of changing people. I'd probably favor someone like Keanu over the Rock if going by life outside their celebrity status, but just being in movies or a pro wrestler isn't enough to make me vote for someone.

Then you get someone like AOC who not only gets into the club, but is then told to basically "go back to where she came from" with perceived status as a bartender and nothing more. The Rock was a republican before Trump. The party and views didn't just become trash under Trump. They've been trash and killing off the 99% with bullshit for decades.
