HAS to be this
HAS to be this
So this any good?
I thought it was pretty good, but I'm a little biased.
I enjoyed it. Excited to see more.
All I could think of was of while watching was Braniac saying All I want is a pair of pants, a decent pair of pants.
He got his pants, in the Mandalorian he had a long dress/ skirt on?
I do like that they got the how over with.
The action was kind of weak in a "we have 2 60 yr old actors who can't move like people half their age so we're gonna use camera cuts and edits to make it look a lot more intense then it actually is, but in doing so, make the action look kinda jagged and awful" way, but other then that I really enjoyed it.
When what's her name put on her helmet to chase the assassin's, I LoLed cause it was so obvious why they did that

Finished the first episode, wasn’t too impressed tbh
I get they are attempting to tell the story through flashbacks, but I still need more convincing on how Boba Fett goes from evil hired gun for the Empire to noble hermit gunmen we see in The Mandalorian.
One of the newly created Marvel characters got introduced in the new episode this week. Think it's the first time the new EU has added a character to the live action series from the comics.

Ep 2 better than the first. Can’t believe this and Mandalorian trying to make us like tusken raiders. Won’t even be able to call them sand people pretty soon without being labeled racist
And lmao at the reskinned Harry & The Hendersons wookie
I thought this episode was excellent. I've always enjoyed Tusken Raiders/Sand People, particularly cause of KotOR, and the quest in that game that goes waaaay into their lore. Who knows if it's canon anymore (I don't particularly care) but I always loved that quest and the reward about finding out about their history.
Ep 2 is a lot better and I agree. I’ve always liked the tusken raiders. They’ve always been an interesting part of Star Wars lore.
Episode 2 was fantastic.
Black krrsantan, fuckin hellllll
That episode again was...alright.
Idk why, this show isn't really doing all that much for me. Jabba twins and Wookie were fun to see though
My issue is that, while the show is entertaining and by no means bad, it doesn't really feel like there's much to the narrative yet. We've gotten a couple scenes of him saying he's the new boss, and then most of the episodes are (again, entertaining) flashbacks to stuff that we could already infer from Mando. Seeing him scarred and carrying a gaffi stick basically laid out "he fought his way out of the sarlacc and fell in with some Tusken raiders, presumably gaining their respect" so devoting 75% of the runtime so far to show him... fighting out of the sarlacc and dancing with wolves doesn't feel like it really adds anything. Again, not that it's bad, but feels a bit pointless (kind of how a lot of people felt about the Breaking Bad movie).
