I have it to give it to Warcraft 3. Not only was it a bad remake, but made it so you couldn't play the original without original disks. Second would definitely be avengers though.

WC3 because nobody tried to make that game decent, and not only did they make a shit game, but they also canned the original version's access to online play, forcing people to play a shittier version of their old game in order to play online.

Second place goes to the Avengers, who never had a chance with Disney's lawyer-fetish demanding so much from everyone who so much as sniffs their IP, and always to the detriment of the actual consumer.

Avengers would be the one for me. I had very low expectations and they stayed low the entire time I played it in september. Have not touched it since september nor have I finished it. The last thing I remember doing was that solo mission w/ tony in the city. Godfall was another I almost bit the bullet for but it seemed highly suspect with how the gameplay worked. And now seeing it released it's nothing but a desktop background type of movie.

I was so hyped for Crystal Chronicles and they did absolutely everything wrong in what should have been a deadass simple remake. Literally just take the Gamecube game and put it out again, and they couldn't do that without taking away everything that made the original fun and then actively making it bad.

How did I miss Twin Mirror already being out. Is it really that bad to make it on here?
I recently played played Blair Witch and I'm torn, some things were cool and using a dog to play on your emotions was unfair, lol but so much shit was stupid. Plus after finishing it I read what you needed to do to get the good ending and it's ridiculous - there's no way I'd manage to figure that out without a guide telling me.

But yeah, I think WC3 deserves the title more than Avengers, just because I had no real expectations for Avengers to be good from the very beginning, whereas with WC3 they just needed to improve a good game and they fucked it up.

Avengers: Big profirt loss and the games active playerbase dying in a week or so is never a good sign

Battletoads: As a fan of beat em ups seeing this turn into a CalArts kiddie cartoon hurt my soul

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Never played the original but heard they really botched a lot and it's still baffling a company with one of the biggest MMOs out there would make online gameplay region locked

Objectively, probably Avengers... but I never played it. However, i DID play the FFCC Remaster and it was so disappointingly bad that Its what I voted for. That game is pure SHIT and is somehow worse than the original which was infamous for having a fucked up and convoluted requirement for Multiplayer... but at least when you finally did it the game was actually fucking multiplayer game where you all progressed together, traveled together, and lived in a village together, not a glorified goddamn single player Duty Finder simulator.

Game was so disappointing I never got past year 2, even with 3 other friends willing to play because it was just too fucking tedious having to do every dungeon FOUR TIMES just to progress us each to the next step all at once. Not to mention your village, a necessary component to end-game crafting, was now an entirely single player experience as well. There are so many head-tiltingly bad choices mad for this remake I have to assume they wanted it to fail as badly as possible.
