Congrats on googling an article before the draft.
we're talking about where a player was projected to go in the draft.... lol
why are you so mad about the reality of where jones was expected to be drafted. my qb was picked in the 4th round and is among the top 10 qbs in the league
Your QB is a free agent!
And as I said, there’s been countless reports and statements that have said Broncos were going to grab DJ at 10 or Miami at 13.
When the giants picked him up the Broncos traded down and Miami went with an entirely different position altogether.
This is just you trying to shit on the pick when it’s been proven Gettleman was right to pass on Haskins and was right to be aware DJ wouldn’t have been there with the giants 17th pick. DJ was not going to last to the 2nd round no matter how funny you think it is.
Niners signed Josh Rosen off of Tampa's practice squad cause Nick mullens needs tommy john surgery and Jimmy G isn't fully healed yet, and our practice squad QB is on the covid list

its still funny to me that a qb drafted 10th overall two years ago is a practice squad player

Got this meme from two different people today. I think they have reached the "bargaining" stage of grief lmao

I'm going to go ahead and say congrats to Archi on beating the Titans. The nation will have a chance to see what a truly awful defense is on Sunday night. Titans have not recorded a sack in 11 quarters and are going to set the NFL record for worst 3rd down defense in history. Rodgers will obliterate them in the passing/screen game. Obliterate. Our only chance is to score on every possession.
that game will probably end up 41-40 for somebody
also to give you hope, the packers are 1-2 against teams with winning records (playoff teams) this year. your team is 3-3
Yeah, but since like no one here watches Titans games I just don't think they realize how bad our defense is. Like you guys think the Cowboys are bad, but they appear acceptable compared to watching the Titans. We just have the #1 offense in the NFL to save them. There have been a LOT of games where a Titans defender not only doesn't sack a QB, but does not touch them. Like have not even come remotely close. Kevin Byard went from All-Pro to fucking complete garbage. Clowney died. Our best LB got cheap-shotted by the Ravens and is now out the season. Simmons is amazing, but gets double/tripled every single play. Etc.
the cowboys defense has given up 433 total points and 30.9 points per game on the year
the titans defense has given up 361 total points and 25.8 points per game on the year
that means to simply win a game the cowboys offense need to score a minimum of 31 points on average (there are 3 teams in the nfl that barely do this)... the cowboys defense this year is literally among historically bad company.
Yeah, I get what you are saying, but I can assure you our defense is just as awful, or worse, than that. The difference is we have an offense that can get first downs and prevent our defensive players from seeing the field. The actual play of our D is historically bad and on par with the Boys. Rodgers is going to lead them to like a 75% 3rd down rate against us and take Henry out of the game by the beginning of the 4th.
The Titans are literally going to set 2 NFL records:
1. Worst 3rd down defense ever (they are going to SHATTER this record btw. They could force a 3 and out for every remaining series of the season and still capture this record)
2. Worst 3rd down, red-zone defense ever (might be worst without the 3rd down by this point)
On a different topic, Tannehill not making the Pro Bowl might be one of the biggest snubs I've ever seen. Since taking over as the starter, he has the same or better stats in almost every category than Mahomes and has more *responsible* touchdowns than Lamar.
Tannehill Mahomes (last 24 games)
114 QB Rating 105.9
6,080 Pass Yds 6,983
61 Total TD 56
10 INT 10
67.7 Cmp % 66.4
