Kawhi's knee will never be right but if he is physically capable of playing as hard as he did against Dallas (as he did tonight for the first time this series) they have a good chance. Utah's offense is a little weak without Conley which only Donovan's superhero shit hid in the first two games.

to be fair he was mostly hot garbage in g2 on both ends. his stat line was saved by some too little too late end game attempted heroics. that said everything else is completely true lol. he's been mostly solid all playoffs. really solid play vs dallas every game but could be better against the jazz. we will see if he can replicate g3 for the rest of the series. his decision making and play making has been pretty mistake prone. if he's not hitting shots then he's not helping enough, unfortunately.

agree with this. utah just didn't look like much with Mitchell on the bench. being buoyed by Jordan Clarkson can only last so long.

i think clips have a more than fair chance to actually win out. two best players hurt, and as dumb as lue was in g1 and g2, his g3 adjustments were very good. less zubac vs Mitchell (even though those matching minutes were not that bad), zero dmc, starting batum who was amazing, less mook, more mann: made all the difference. also harrying Mitchell more with kawhi, pg, and mann stymied him enough that he couldn't go nuclear and win the game by himself.

I'd also add that those adjustments pretty much rendered gobert into a non factor. something i wasn't sure we could do.
