They just needed 1 (recent) game against them to make a solid gameplan that counters the Hawks' strengths.

well i wouldn't say this was expected but a lot closer to the Bucks playing like the frontrunners they are. this is a badly damaged Hawks team that has to over-rely on Trae, who happens to play the same position as Milwaukee's best defender. and in no universe should Atlanta's roster be able to hang with Milwaukee's offense. they may have the worst defensive back-court in the entire league atm with Bogi's lateral movement gone and Lou coming off the bench.

Atlanta is scrappy and deep but i kinda thought the Bucks would romp them. have 3 of the 4 best players on the court Trae would have to be beyond superhuman to win this series.

They mainly won game 1 only because someone completely unexpected "showed up" and played great ball.

my favorite part of this playoffs by far is every time reggie jackson goes into hero mode and espn plays outstanding while fading to commercial.
