it's been bad but don't see it as favoriting either side really, it's just pure incompetence
and ya Playoff P has been incredible. we have no answer.

i'd point to that cp3 leg kickout on cousins and the beverley flagrant as being the most egregious ones. huge impact given 3 points were scored on each possession. then no flagrant when pg got elbowed in the face? like i don't see how that's not favoring the suns by a wide margin.
reggie jackson literally my favorite clipper ever now
The reffing is being made so much worse because they have to stop to review plays every 2 or 3 minutes it seems like.
Just horrendous for the flow of the game.
i agree but at same time i'd rather have the calls be right.
lue really was like "fuck it, let's 5 out on ayton and see what happens" and it fucking worked
PG 41 points on 20 shots god damn

yeah i dunno where the fuck he was able to find his legs since they've been gone since the end of the jazz series. but happy he did, cause more basketball.
it was something. as PG has aged / come back from that snapped leg he's overly fallen in love with his jumper at times, but he was driving and driving hard all game. Ayton was very not good defensively all game on the help, but Mikal and Crowder were no-shows too. just a soft soft performance from the bois. team has been kinda schizophrenic all year tho.
Clips -1 Wednesday
Could get spicy

think we'll be aight as it's unlikely George plays that well again in his life and we usually come back strong from shitty performances as feisty young teams do, but also more convinced than before that if Kawhi was healthy we prolly woulda lost this series
I suspect the clips win game six. The silence around when kawhi comes back is ominous for the clips however.
Zubac was able to travel with the team, but KQuit Leonard couldn't?
ok so beverley certainly deserved a T for that and i thought it mighta been the most asshole things he's ever done lol. at same time i didn't see that as a flagrant, it just looked bad. basically i'd still trade a bev T or even ejection for the other calls. but anyway
agree and i think part of that is because his athleticism has been sapped. it's just age and injury, and he's a great shooter so why not shoot more and harm his body less? at least i imagine that's what he thinks. that said i was getting really annoyed at him earlier in the game because his passing was really lazy (it has been all year) but he decided shooting was better than passing and it worked out for him.
ayton i'm kinda surprised at, because i figure the suns would have been merciless on the offensive end when they went back to small ball. but gang rebounding and spacing apparently >>>> any big they've faced so far, so why not on ayton? it worked out and i'm surprised.
crowder i kinda didn't expect to have any really nice games, but bridges i feel has been really invisible all series. i'm a lot more scared of cam johnson and of course cam payne. seems like payne's limited since his ankle turn earlier in the series. if he goes back to that mode, i don't think anyone on the clippers can answer that.
also yeah i don't think paul george is gonna be able to repeat that performance, either. doubt anyone does. not sure how he summoned the energy for last night's but i'll take it.
whatever the case i expect him to come back down to earth. just hope mann/kennard can step up and be heroes again.
Trae out for tonight's game
