Why don't you marry him if you like him so much?! Okay, but that doesn't change the fact that they were/are racist. Where did that come from? They were born with it? Or learned it...and if they learned it...from who?
Why do they keep learning to be racist? It certainly isn't the colored folks fault the whities are like that. What good is rigged individualism if racists are gonna keep breeding and raising racists.
I'm not blaming you for racism, I'm just saying pretending it doesn't exist isn't enough. Telling me you're white and not racist doesn't change the fact that many other Americans are and will continue to be.

You keep making things up I never said to argue about
Monarchy/autocracy could either be the worst or the best system depending on the person in power. Democracy could either be the worst or best system depending on the electors.
I believe in elitism because I believe that the solution is filtering. Either for the ruler or for those eligible to select the ruler. That's how you correct for the problem (people).
Gred over here supporting Napoleon crowning himself emperor as the best political system and yall getting in a tizzy over Day saying you should judge people as individuals not by raiments of genetics over which they have no control smh
Benevolent philosopher-king is probably a better system than democracy
But it's impossible to ensure the leader in said system would actually be good so
easy there Plato next you'll tell me we shouldn't be fucking little boys
Really what Day is describing is splitting, and it's really the causative factor in the increasing polarization of society. It gets boiled down to "you didn't say what I wanted and you didn't agree with me so you must agree with with them".
It's how cancel culture was born.
Legit, let's open this draft up to all leaders in history. Who do you select to be President of the United States in the year 2021?
Let's assume that 1) any leader you pluck out of history can be magically caught up to modern technology, the way modern geopolitics works, etc. and 2) the leaders' social views are malleable relative to who they were as a leader (so, for instance, abolitionists who were racist like Lincoln would probably be very progressive about race to update with the times but racists who were just racist like Hitler would still be Hitler)
You call it cancel culture
I call it consequences for the bullshit people say or do

Viva el jefe Trujillo!
Let's get some King Arthur up in this bitch. I'll even accept the Nasuverse version.
