It's reverse. Dark elves think themselves more highly evolved, but the Drow recognize other elves on a higher level than slave races like Kobolds and Goblins. Surface elves are merely impure whereas other surface races are ibilth ("filth"). You can surmise racism (external and internal) from most D&D races largely by how each race examines half-breeds. Half-drow/half-surface elf would be 2nd class citizen, but half-drow/half-human would never get that far.

Everyone has litmus testing lines for their candidates. Most left-of-center voters (including most posters here) set their line last general election at "Is not Trump/Does not support Trump." Many stupid people on the far left set their line at "Bernie or Bust" or some form of anti-neolib "Must not be an establishment shill."

There are two types of Trump voters. One is the type that votes for him PRECISELY because he is who he is. Their line is literally "MAGA/Q or bust." These are the type that most of us identify as Nazis (and it isn't hyperbole when you have open Klan and white nationalist and neo-Nazis supporting him).

Then there are others who voted for Trump DESPITE him being who he is for other reasons. The quibble with them isn't that they are Nazis, it's that they are willing to be complicit with a candidate who appeals to Nazis in order to get something else (tax cuts, de-regulation, etc.) So sure you might not actually be a white supremacist, but when you are willing to get in bed with them, you aren't that far away.
