I don't think there will be a legally official majority leader, but for the history books and all intents and purposes Schumer will be recognized as the guy functionally speaking.

Also worth nothing on top of this, the Senate Majority Leader is NOT a special position worthy of the line of succession. That is the President pro Tempore.
