Just about any union based government job is going to have that. I'm at 160 hours of sick leave (Would have more, but appendicitis, pneumonia, and bunch of random appointments trying to diagnose my Meniere's disease ate into my bank.

And yes, when I retire in 23 years, I get to cash it all out (up to 1200 hours) when I retire. My dad before he retired was having to burn 1-2 days a week for the last 6 weeks of his employment as he was over the cash out cap.
