Probably a 50/50 split. Some of it is going to hinge on how easily they think they can get primaried. Someone like Cruz is going to die on that Trump train cause he knows he's vulnerable, as his last election was closer then he would have liked, and Trumpamania is still high in Texas. Others like Graham or Turtle, who just got re-elected to another four years, they will probably feel safe turning on him now as they probably expect Trumps influence to wane over the next four years, especially if he dies.
That said, if Trump does die during the next four years (no, I'm not calling for an assassination, please don't ban me, the guy just eats unhealthy as fuck and is in his mid 70's), does he get the same treatment as past presidents who have passed away?
