Cruz said in his 2015 autobiography, “A Time for Truth,” that midway through junior high school in Houston, he decided to stop going by Rafael in part because he already was often called Felito. “The problem with that name was that it seemed to rhyme with every major corn chip on the market. Fritos, Cheetos, Doritos and Tostitos—a fact that other young children were quite happy to point out,” Cruz wrote. “I was tired of being teased. One day I had a conversation with my mother about it and she said, ‘You know, you could change your name. There are a number of other possibilities.’”
“And,” Cruz wrote, “she proceeded to list them: Rafael. Raph. Ralph. Edward. Ed. Eddie. ‘Or you could go by Ted.’ I found that a shocking concept,” Cruz wrote. “It had never occurred to me that I had any input on my name.” He made the switch, Cruz said, though his conservative father initially resisted—especially after his mother pointed out that Ted was short for Edward as in the liberal Massachusetts senator, Democrat Ted Kennedy.
I think it was a vicious cycle there. He has clearly been hateable for a long time. When your college freshman roommate hates you so much that he *still* brings it up, you sucked.
Missed opportunity in pointing out Felito sounds like fellatio, because he certainly does suck.

Man had Stop The Steal propaganda on his person and a kill list of Senators and Reps.
And he was released of course because white people can get away with anything including stealing a laptop from Pelosi's office in the Capitol.
FBI Arrests Prolific Racist Twitter Troll ‘Ricky Vaughn’ For 2016 Election Interference"Given the statements within the [affidavit], as well as recent events within the district that the court is well aware of, we do think there is reasonable concern for the safety of the community with other release restrictions," the prosecutor said.
The judge, however, noted that "none of the statements [Westover made to police] are threats, they are just points of view."

This article is not getting NEARLY enough attention that it deserves, I highly encourage you to read the whole thing!
A notorious alt-right operative, Douglass Mackey, whom HuffPost unmasked in 2018 as Donald Trump’s most influential white nationalist Twitter troll, “Ricky Vaughn,” was arrested in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Wednesday on federal election interference charges related to a disinformation campaign during the 2016 election.Mackey allegedly conspired with four unnamed Twitter users to create and disseminate “memes” designed to dupe people, particularly Black and Latinx voters, into casting invalid votes by posting on Facebook or Twitter or sending a text message to a specified text code, according to the recently unsealed federal complaint.
The complaint lists four co-conspirators referred to only by Twitter “user IDs,” a unique string of numbers assigned to each Twitter account. HuffPost can report that one co-conspirator is a prominent alt-right botmaster who goes by “Microchip” and was instrumental in making pro-Trump and anti-Hillary Clinton hashtags and content go viral on Twitter during the 2016 election. A fascist accelerationist who has expressed admiration for Adolf Hitler and Nazism, Microchip claims to have been involved in the early spread of the QAnon conspiracy cult and repeatedly told this reporter that his goal was to destroy the United States.

How much for dependents, is the question?
What do you guys think are some of the best political groups to donate to going heading into the 2022 race to prevent more fascism? Supporting the Biden campaign is the first time in my life I've ever donated to politics. I'm aware that Ohio and North Carolina are emerging as the 2022 swing states to focus on, but have no idea if there are other avenues that deserve support. Lemme know.
Given the 2020 numbers North Carolina seems more reachable than Ohio. Ohio went DEEP red for Trump.

I went big for Georgia.
Going to have to see what the races look like a bit later in 2021, but I think the key here is to try and hold on to the House. Dems have to come out in the midterms and if history is our guide then they will not.
