GME with quite the move today. Updated their ATM offering to 3.5mil shares cap of $1billion. Thus they’re basically manhandling the short term value of their shares at $285~.

I bought in when it was almost at its lowest due to the SEC lawsuit. Pretty ecstatic about how it's been going, but I dont know what my selling point would be.
I could see it hitting $1.00 soon; and I could definitely see it hitting $1.00 if it gets relisted and the SEC lawsuit gets settled.
But again, idk whether I'd stay around at 1.25, 2.50, 3.00, etc etc, and I'm in no way a financial advisor lol.
oh at this rate it's definitely having the SEC stuff getting thrown out and getting listed again on most exchanges. Biggest thing stopping me from buying back in is that i dropped all 90k xrp i had at 29cents when it got delisted everywhere, and that nothing has actually changed with it and it's price pretty much crabbed eternally post jan 2018
i thank all that is holy that xlm follows xrp for whatever reason though, im up 20k on that alone today
annnnd xrp is a dollar again fug.
I came in here just to see if panda committed seppuku cause of xrp lol

My weed stocks have been doing horribly past 2 weeks. Literally the only stocks I've been down on. Kinda wondering if I should dump them, but worried about FOMO if they rocket to the moon :/
i dont understand nft's and i really want to, i get the basics but not how i can profit off it
Not quite grasping it either. I get the general concept but not the how.
"Digital art" that you "own" but it's not like owning the original Mona Lisa, it's just ridiculous.
It literally contradicts itself, Non-replicable... nothing is more easily replicated than a digital picture.
Someone bought this for $6.6m but anyone can watch it, anyone can post it, anyone can download it. Why would you pay for it.

I feel like i can't really profit off of it unless i am a creator which rules me out, or if i look into various nft collectibles or something
physical pictures are easily replicable as well; the original Mona Lisa doesn't look any better than a high-quality reprint of it would. the point is owning the original and having a verification process to prove such in place. it is vanity but then what isn't.
though the real point as with all commodities is that they are worth whatever a buyer is willing to pay. NFTs have whatever value people believe them to have.
But how does one prove you have the original NFT. Pretty simple with an actual tangible object. Impossible with something digital.
Genuinely shocked belle delphine aint all over nft's yet, or maybe she is.
It's just difficult to wrap your head around. Rationalizing the irrational.
Like Coinbase goes public next week... coinbase doesn't even exist in reality. It has no value. it does nothing. It doesn't "make" any money (fees, it makes a TON of money). It's not original or new or even the best in the field it competes in. But it's going to be worth a 68 billion dollar evaluation.
I suppose I can see it has SOME value as paypal, but for crypto, except that paypal has had little to no competition for a years and they cornered the online market with contracts etc, where as there are thousands of exchanges all of equal or better quality (but less accessibility).
It was most definitely original when it came out, prior to coinbase i had to resort to buying btc ltc through 4chan/reddit/localbitcoins and all of those involved using cash/paypal/western union
Only recently are there alternatives to coinbase really and none are as straight forward as it is.
Ryan Cohen to be named GameStop chairman at the company's annual meeting on 6/9. Nice.
The whole NFT thing is just fucking pokemon cards/beanie babies. People gonna blow a shit ton of money now and in 10yrs be like "what do you mean my holographic gif isn't worth $10billion anymore?!"
Imagine a business where people hand you money, and you hand them back...... absolutely nothing. Now that's a real American dream. Thanks to a few pieces of 1's and 0's and the guy who invented Paypal, I'm back in business.
