There’s something of a deep internal disgust seeing Dogecoin - a meme currency that was made as sort of a parody of Bitcoin and other crypto to skyrocket in valuation in reaction to...nothing. Pure speculation is the only reason I can think of this bull run is happening. GME was the first showcase of the meme stock and now Dogecoin is coming in as the true sequel everyone was waiting for.

I’m actually happy that many people have been able to make good profits off the rise of Dogecoin. Considering how unfair our economy has been to working class people for last couple of decades. Any opportunity some of these people can get to reclaim some wealth is a good thing.

It just so happens that they are using a system that promotes gambling and wild speculation. Far greater than the stock market does. I personally stopped involving myself in crypto currency back in early 2019 because I felt that the entire enterprise was suspicious, toxic and shady as fuck among other things. I have no horses in this race and while I may have some small amount of envy towards those making bank off these meme stocks/currency, I also wish them well to gain whatever money they can before this whole thing potential crumbles.
