Yeah, with filecoin absolutely killing it in China I figured why not throw $100 into Storj. The concept is super cool and it seems like it’s working in China. Didn’t see a point in filecoin since it’s so expensive/already inflated.

Idk what needs to be convincing. If you bought around 8-9$ when I first mentioned it, the max you can lose is like 50% of your investment. So if you put in $1000 max you’d lose is like $500 if the stock tanks. With that $1000 you could’ve bought ~115 shares, which if this squeezes will net you an insane profit.

Even if you bought in now at ~$13 your max loss if it dropped down to $5 (you could obviously set an alert and pull out sooner) you’re only losing $600 max for a pretty solid chance at incredibly high rate of return.

Stock utilization is at 100%. There’s millions and millions if not billions of fake shares in the system. In March there was 3.2 million (higher now) individual shareholders. The company itself is finally able to open nationwide and is sitting on a ton of cash to last them through covid.

Crypto is a way riskier investment in my opinion. But this isn’t Financial advise and I’m not a financial advisor.

Yeah I don’t fuck with options. Only way I’d make money with options is if I did a George Costanza and did the opposite of what I’d normally do.

Basically I’ve been watching amc like a hawk and enter when I notice the patterns just run different. This is basically what I did Thursday to get at one point 1000% gains in an hour. Not as good as the people who bought in the day before and saw potentially 3000% but hey, I’m not complaining with a 10x return for an hour. I also still have a few of them open that are basically worthless unless another round of momentum happens.

The 1000% was almost entirely not due to be actual price of the stock but moreso that the IV went from 300% when I bought it (which was already a dumb move and why I didn’t put more in) to 1000% because for a brief window after that. I’m not even sure if I personally saw GameStop go that high, although I wouldn’t be surprised if it did and I didn’t know it.

Anyone have any thoughts on this UWMC push? The logic makes sense but I'm not fully sold on it not just being a P&D. I've already made 100% gains on my calls and cashed half out to cover my initial investment, but I'm wondering if I should cash everything out or let it ride.

not really. the nature of bubbles is that they are vulnerable and easily pierced and if it wasn't China fears and Elon manipulation it would have been something else. following its exponential increase the price had stagnated at its inflated 55-65K range for some time prior to either of those factors. proximate causation for a bubble pop is largely immaterial weighed against ultimate causation.
