While there are other subs, obviously nothing is like wsb. If you're into meme stocks now's a good time to go cash gang. GME is super volatile with an announcement expected. With WSB down I expect there's going to be some crashing and burning, followed by a massive swing upwards.

Really pissed I didn't buy nio calls almost 2 weeks ago when they had dipped hard. Now they're retracting back down after that pump, but it's too late.

So what's a good finance company to use for buying stonks and investing cash? Looking more for longterm gain. Savings accounts don't make shit, so would rather put that money somewhere that it can grow more than a few pennies a month.

Vanguard. toss money in an ETF and let it grow.

Most of the brokers don't charge commissions these days, so you can honestly kind of just use whoever you want among the major companies.

And yeah if you're just concerned about long term gains put it into ETFs. Other then a few individual plays (AMD/Nvidia/Microsoft/GE), all of money in the market is scattered between various Schwab and Vanguard ETFs.

Schwab/TD. Vanguard. Fidelity. It comes down to what color you want to look at.

Toss it into SPY or another ETF, chances are you won't beat them. ARKK ARKG ARKW...

Or just dump it into NVDA for the split.

Well, got my fidelity account set up. Got a mix of ETF's and some stocks that I feel would be a good long game play. Only meme stock was Nokia, which reading up other investors are bullish on as well. So time to see if I go to the moon.

Yeah, so far in the hour after I bought, I'm sitting at up .24% on everything. I know it's a long game, but I have never done this before, and I'm curious as to how everything fluctuates through the day.

Think my biggest gamble was buying 3 stocks of Tesla. Rumblings were showing a new record in deliveries, which would mean a nice jump in stock price with them. Also got in on Moderna, Ford, and Disney, all that I think are going to bounce up over the year as things reopen.

So I have a super dumb question. Since I bought these stocks through Fidelity. Say for example Apple goes and pays a dividend on their stock. Would that go to me directly, or be put into my fidelity account? I know the stock of Disney my Father and Step Mother bought for Astylla and I as a christmas gift, they mail me a check when they do their yearly dividend.

With TSLA there is always momentum a week or so before the delivery numbers come in. Most of the time the analysts numbers are pretty good within +-2% and then the day of, there is a selloff usually in the first 15 minutes of market open. I usually do option spreads on TSLA before deliveries but I always try to make sure I exit within the first 10-15 minutes or so. Disney is a definite good buy because their media segment is killing it with current offerings ands the beginning of MCU Phase 4. My only concern would be Disneyland and Orange County COVID rates going up along with some unpopular park changes that are on the horizon, however as the park doesn't close, I can see DIS hitting $200 - $215 before the end of the year easily.

It's deposited into your brokerage account or can be reinvested into the stock itself.
