You should have an option somewhere (dunno where it is for Fidelity) to turn on dividend reinvestment that will just automatically use the dividend earnings to immediately just rebuy shares (though usually fractional shares for dividends) for the same stock.

Only down 1.15% today for me, so not too bad. Not great mind you, but not too bad. Still up 13.7% for the year.
