If you pay off your house with a lump sum youre wasting money btw. Please reduce your mortgage payment to eliminate PMI and invest the remaining lump sum. You’ll come out way ahead considering current rates. Your investment will offset your interest easily and your investment account can’t be gentrified or burn down or anything else that could happen to one single property. Please don’t be dumb.
