Will a desperate company pay reddit to help with their stock now?
Ok, now if these tactics they’re talking about were truly deployed, is there grounds for a case whether it be class action or what not, regarding citadel and Robinhood collusion? Word spread that Citadel essentially doubled down on their position before RH took buying offline. If they worked together, I mean this can’t be legal? Right?
That old white guy is fucking hysterical.
what makes people shorting stocks anymore grimey than someone buying low and selling high? seems like both cases are assuming a risk
Someone get him a diet coke and a Werther's
he mad fr
Rather they have in the fine print they "Can fuck us whenever they want" doesn't mean they're legally allowed too and if any Class Action can prove that they've violated a law, then they're still fucked. Rather a Lawsuit goes anywhere who knows, but a user agreement doesn't protect them against violating Market Manipulation laws, and what they're doing seems to fall under Market Manipulation violations.
That said, I have no faith in our justice system so I expect it to either fizzle out or the fine to be so small it won't matter. Plus, RobinHood is the fall guy for Citadel, even if we do win against Robinhood we're just killing a middle man. RIP
Did anyone else see GME go up to $431 for about 3 minutes and then come back down?
