Sadly the real estate market is dwindling as developers are unable to get financing for their projects without government subsidies. Our firm is starting to dry up with work, with partners taking pay cuts and salary freezes in order to not implement lay offs. I'm pretty much 50% allocated with a slew of projects in the pipeline waiting for financing. With rates the way they are and not decreasing, this may go on for a bit. Kinda worried tbh.
