Waffle House strike in Atlanta? The city's gonna fucking grind to a halt.

So today I learned about post-tax 401(k) contributions and how disbursements from them aren’t taxed in retirement and I’m blown away and reconsidering my entire retirement strategy.
Yeah, Roth 401k.
Actually I'm referring to an after-tax 401(k) contribution, not the Roth 401(k). They are different. The after-tax 401(k) is still bound by total 401(k) contribution limits (66k in 2024?).
Keep on truckin'

Great but does it lead to wealth or are they just jobs? Like, I'm still trying to wrap my head around this. Does this ever really take into account people actually being able to afford a standard of living? I feel like ever time jobs are added if doesn't discuss subsequent raises and price increases.
K but does real wage growth account for actual wealth and bill paying or no? That was more my question.
How does this translate to people crying "ya sure but I still can't afford my bills"
