I'd sure love to know how the fuck this is real. I've been unemployed since March 1, had 4 recruiters, plus a professional firm redo my resume. I've thrown in dozens of apps, not a single callback. Look at LinkedIn, theres thread after thread of people that can't get work. Most folks from my team that were laid off are still unemployed. Shit is BAD in the professional sector. Tech is even worse. I have IT folks with 15+ years of experience in my Signal group asking for food. It's wild.

Trust me, my field is a bloodbath right now, I've been out of work since January and many of my television production friends are begging for crumbs, and there's very little in the pipeline. I'm seriously considering changing careers and it's daunting.

Related: anyone know anything about Product Management? Seems like the type of multipurpose generalist role I could be successful with and is maybe less stringent about having a specific degree/experience. And remote work that pays well seems to be common. (I have a communication MFA but my entire relevant work history has been in television)
