Hey... sometimes you fuck up the flip when making an omelet...

For some reason I never get this right. I can break eggs one handed, flip over easy in the pan by tossing them in the air without breaking yolks, but I can roll an omelette right.

I typically poach anyway.

Scrambled eggs is the easy way out. I over load my omelettes and don't really eat them anyway as runny eggs are always better.

WTF is up with all you weirdo's about how your eggs are cooked. Scrambled, poached, hard boiled, soft boiled, fried, or omelet it is all delicious and enjoyable. There isn't one best way to cook eggs. And depending on what you are eating them with or how you are eating them different cooking methods work better than others. The breakfast burrito was a great example given already.

You guys need to stop incorporating the eggs into other things. Eggs cooked in rice or a burrito is not the same as scrambled eggs on a plate like a toddler would eat.

Over easy here, wife does sunny. I love them that way too when it's not me cooking them, I'm never convinced it's set enough before it overcooks.

I used to do sunny, but over easy and medium are far better imo. I can never do it right myself tho so I only enjoy it when I eat out lol
