Asmon and Rich both flipped out on the Urianger reveal at the end of ARR and I loved it.

I love how Rich is already almost finished with Stormblood and Asmon literally just made it to Heavenward despite them starting at roughly the same time lol

edit: remind me, is this where Yshtola is now afk until 3.1/3.2 where we pull her naked back out the ether/lifestream/whatever - how did Thancred get out? I think the entire gang apart from Alph is afk until 3.1?

If I'm remembering correctly, Thancred and co were trying to escape through the tunnels when pursuit either caught up to them or pincered them. Plotkai Magic happens and Thancred gets whisked away to Dravania where he's basically found by hunters as he's running around naked scavenging for food, leading up to his wardrobe change for the expansion. Forget if Lahabrea possessing him messing with his aether control was brought up yet, but I think that was also why he had a rough time finding his way home.

Y'shtola got both herself and Thancred into the lifestream (it's how she lost her regular eyesight), and they were deposited in their respective settings, that's also where his aetherabilities got fubared (I think...)

He also said Ramuh might be one of the hardest fights he's done in an MMO.

The problem with MMO is other plays makes the fight easy or hard

I just remember it being rough on healing. Rough enough that the strat for a lot of groups was to sacrifice a dps slot and bring 2WHM 1SCH. Or was it 2SCH 1WHM. Lustrate would ignore the tank debuff.
