Pretty bad; apparently worked for like 30 minutes after launch, then couldn't create games. I tried for a while. They're now doing a 30m maint that ends at 10:30am PT to fix server issues.

Started Assassin and have zero regrets

I always loved the fire wave trap on Assassin. Dont know about Meta but it was fun filling a room with firey death.

Didn't have any crashes when playing tonight when I got off work, but couldn't get anyone to join a game for the most part. Finished Act 1, so when I get home from the gym tomorrow, I'll try creating a A2 beginning game and see if that gets some people to join.

Did they change exp gain rates? I see trophies for both a 99 soft and hardcore character and both basically seem impossible for 99.9% of people if memory serves on just how long that takes regardless of deaths.

Cow farming with 8 players is insane exp. When my group did hardcore, we would hit low to mid 90's fairly quickly.

I think the issue is the upper 90s when you get less exp per kill due to being too high level. 1-98 winds up being close to 98-99 because of that even though it’s not actually the equivalent exp.

Damnit I want to play this, but I want to play it on the console of my choice and they don't make it easy for that to happen. I want the choice to play it on PC, Switch, and Xbox/PS5 all with the same character just using the machine that's most convenient at that time. I wish crossbuying was a thing for 3rd parties, I'd even pay a bit extra for it; just not full price for each platform.

I'm having a great time. Some pronounced server issues yesterday and seems there were more this AM while I was working, but I've had a pretty clean experience outside of the two maintenances yesterday. I'm up to A5 with a RL buddy, and neither of us have played in an age. Managed to cobble together Stealth and Malice (merc) runewords for my Bone necro and cruising right now.
