I don't have to be an ID physician to know bacteria can form resistance to Rocephin and Doxy. ESPECIALLY because of DoxyPEP.

You, however, do have to have some medical knowledge to know that. You can't form "sperm condom resistance" because it's an artificial barrier and bacteria/viruses don't really form "perforins toward latex", but you sure as hell can cause bacteria to form a strong resistance toward these antibiotics even if they are recommended for use.

Like, dude. We fucking recommend Tylenol during pregnancy based on research and it can still cause liver failure. The side effects don't change just because the research exists.
