I make a similar dish regularly, only I use ground beef without chicken and carrots peas only for the veggies. It's based off an Indonesian dish that was adapted from a Dutch dish.

The GabeCube is definitely gonna be a bit underpowered compared to what you can do with a similar size/form factor.

Though for sure it'll be a lot cheaper. I just changed out my miniPC I use in my arcade machine for the Max+ 395 Framework Desktop. Wildly irresponsible use of money but fuck it we ball.
