Do incompentent people exist? Yes, but I expect people that are general experts in their field to know more than me in their field. If I was an idiot that thought he knew better I'd be the type extol essential oils, crystals and eating tubfuls of tumeric daily.
Not counting people that don't stay up to date, it is hard* to be an idiot in medicine, especially in a country so fucking litigious.
*Basically, you have to have given up, be unethical or just be coasting.
Also we don't know if it's a torn biceps for sure. It could be or it could be something else, which is why he needs imaging. Also, we don't know if he was given/refused a referral to a speciality more suited towards his pain and symptoms. Which is why it was asked if he saw a sport's medicine physician or ortho surg yet.
I'll try you based on the tone of your post!

I don't think I ever went back to read the Black Forest storyline because the original run had ended on such a dud.

Damn y'all cant even lie down on couches without worrying about how masculine you appear. Damn no wonder straight men so messed up in the head
yes, the one random internet person who tweeted with 123 likes, certainly speaks for all straight males
I played Fables for like 13 hours straight once when I was snowed in and after that I never wanted to look at it again.

Actually Diva, the OP tweet has 17.8k likes and thousands of shares. I know Twitter conversations are hard to follow, being thats it so new and all. I did attach the tweet to include context as well. It goes on the ever growing laundry list of things y'all cant do because it isn't manly/masculine, turns women off or gives them the ick
