His movies are always entertaining and fun, but always hit or miss and not award level for me since Reservoir Dogs (cept Django which was excellent all around). Always a stellar performance from someone in each movie, but overall I'd probably pick a different movie each year to laude more than his.

Kill Bill is a great film and great homage to kung fus / spaghetti westerns / revenges, Inglourious Basterds mostly an absolute bop as well. know it's inevitable but the cultural backlash that accompanies almost everything that was once celebrated as 'heh they were never that good in the first place' after something controversial happens is tired (respect to the few of you who earnestly muchly disliked Quentin from the jump)
