'88, like I said it doesn't make sense! I can't help it that I confuse the fuck out of them whenever they come up in pop culture

I heard Alanis songs growing up, but I associated them with bad luck because whenever my mom would have it on in the morning while getting ready Id always have a string of bad luck that day. Never knew the artists name until way later, but I just knew when I heard You Learn or You Oughta Know, I knew I was in for a rough time in elementary school

Amy Winehouse made some great tunes get your shit together Salo
Salo i dunno what's going on but we're here for you
I saw a play once where Kurt Cobain meets Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, and Janis Joplin in a rehab camp outside of heaven and at the end Jim has a line "I hear we're getting a new camper, her name is Amy."
Oh, you gotta go.
What, you gonna drop kick me in the gums over it?

Aiight, bet.
I remember You Oughta Know having a surprisingly killer bass line to play in Rock Band 2. I miss playing Rock Band 2 with my roommates at drunk house parties. I miss college.
Imagine living life not appreciating the sheer joy of "Fuck Me Pumps"
I wasn't well versed in music culture until my late teens. I was a very late bloomer

Alanis is a surprisingly down to earth person. Met her at the 2015 JUNO awards
