I did all the Beast Kings sometime after the level cap went up and nobody cared anymore. I always wanted to get, "Deity Debunker" from the Yagudo one.

In addition to the new expanded free trial, a brief summary of announcements from the anniversary livestream:

New HTBs will drop later this summer based on the three mini expansions, ACP, MKD, and ASA. Rewards will include level 119 versions of the original drops with pre-determined augments.

Vanabout will be expanded and made slightly easier and a Moogle Kupon for one free Pulse Weapon will be added as a "mid tier reward".

New methods to increase the strength of trusts as well as exclusive gear for your Trusts. These will be dropped by all new field area NMs

Final update to New Limbus will include new weapon rewards and new NMs to challenge.

PlayOnline website has already been updated to have a more modern look, and there are plans to modernize and streamline the POL LAUNCHER

And finally, the most surprising imo, developers have moved away from using PS2 devkits and are now using virtual machines which have allowed them to do much more exhaustive development. During the course of this, they have discovered many hidden and unused zone IDs. They plan to repurpose these to create ALL NEW ZONES but stopped short of calling it a new expansion. They said this is a very long term project, so please do not expect anything right away. Didn't even drop a "Please look forward to it." so very likely is a LONG way away. But the thought off XI getting a new expansion 25+ years after launch is just WILD.
