Oh man that reminds me of the guy who was taking Jardiance and developed necrotizing fasciitis. His was super aggressive and started at the top of his buttcrack and migrated down to the taint and up to his penis. All the necrotic tissue had to be removed and he had like a 1 inch nub for a penis because that was all they could save and then put a skin graft on it. We did a pain pump surgery on him because the Oxy plus morphine weren’t managing his pain. You haven’t lived until you’ve watched dead tissue and testicles just sloughed off.
